William F. “Bill” Miller of Wheeling, WV, formerly of Bellaire, OH, passed away on February 13, 2021 at Wheeling, Hospital.
Bill was born November 11, 1947 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of the late Eugene and Rhoda Coen Miller.
He was retired from the Home Depot and was a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War where he served on the aircraft carrier Oriskany. He graduated from Bellaire High School in 1965. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Fairmont Pike.
Bill is survived by his children, William Patrick of Wheeling, Robert Eugene of Texas, Melissa Marie of TX, Ashley Marie (Jay) Menke of Ohio and Daniel William (Stefanie) of Wheeling; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brother, Kent (Debra) Miller of Salt Lake City, Utah; sister Myra (John) Barton of Guyahoga Falls, OH;  special friend, Patty Johnson and his loving canine companion Jessie Marie.
Bill enjoyed fishing and model railroading.
Per Bill’s request there will be no services at this time.

    Bill & I were good friends dating back to Little League and our school years. I last spoke with him in September. He will be missed by all of our BHS '65 Classmates.
