Vera P. English

Vera P. English, 85 passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at East Liverpool City Hospital.
She was born on July 12, 1934 in Sharon, PA, a daughter of the late Laura E. Hurst Swartz. She resided at Crossroads Assisted Living Facility in East Liverpool, OH where she enjoyed her remaining years.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard F. English in 1997 and a sister Opal K. Romanchak in 2000.
Surviving her are five nieces: Kathy Harrington and Krystal Young of Beaver Falls, PA, Karen Schooley of Somerset, KY, Karena Brown of Harrisville, PA and Kim Tatham of Lebanon, MO; one great niece and five great nephews.
In honor of her wishes, there will be no visitation or services. The Martin MacLean Altmeyer Chapel in Calcutta has been entrusted with her arrangements.
