Troy E. Quinn II, born on June 26, 1996, in Steubenville, OH, passed away on September 9, 2023, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was 27 years old at the time of his death.

Troy was a beloved son, brother, and grandson, cherished by his family and friends. His memory will forever be held dear by his mother, Rebecca Quinn, his father, Troy Quinn, his grandparents, Carl & Sharon Quinn, and his brother, Joseph Quinn.

Troy was a graduate of East Liverpool High School in East Liverpool, OH.

During his time with us, Troy brought comfort and love to his family and friends. His memory will be cherished, and his absence deeply felt. May he find eternal peace as his spirit continues its journey beyond this earthly realm.

Memorial Services for Troy will be on Thursday, September 21st at 6:00 pm at the Calvary Pentecostal Church on 5th Street in Steubenville, Ohio.
