Tracy Ann Stillwell, 51, of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, April 12th at her home.

She was born March 24th 1970, in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of Bruce E. Stillwell and Mary E. Rossi.

Tracy was a very loved woman who was known for being selfless and always taking care of others. She was a longtime Manager of Supermail, Wheeling and had two kids, Kelsey and William Parsons before she was diagnosed with systematic Lupus in 1998. Her kids were her world. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandkids and loved ones. She was an avid Lupus supporter and was the glue that held her family together. In addition to her children’s father, she was preceded in death by her father Bruce Stillwell.

Survivors include mother, Mary Rossi, two children, Kelsey and William Parsons, grand kids, Kali and Kash Marino, sisters, Kathy Riggle and Heather Harrison. Neices, Amanda Riggle and Kylie Harrison, nephews, Brandon and Brooks Harrison and her three great neices, Lillian Julia and Hazel all of Wheeling whom were all the light of her life.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm at Care Funeral Home, South Wheeling Chapel, Wheeeling. Interment to follow at Linwood Cemetery, Bellaire, OH.
