Tina Hawk, 60 of Salem, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA following an extended illness.
She was born in East Liverpool, OH on May 11, 1957 a daughter to Larry Messenger and Joan (Kidder) Messenger. Tina was a 1975 graduate of East Liverpool High School, later attended Kent State University and was a veteran of the United States Air Force, receiving an Honorable Discharge. She enjoyed reading, sewing, quilting, playing pool and completing personal taxes.
She is survived by her daughter: Annie Hawk and her three children: Hunter, Jenna and Max and their father; three sisters: Carla Hawk, Brenda Hawk and Teresa Hawk Savin; two brothers: Larry “JR” Messenger and Jim “JoJo” Messenger and many nieces and nephews.
In respect of Tina’s last wishes, no services are planned or forthcoming.
The Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes has been entrusted with her arrangements.
