Timothy J Flores

Timothy “Tim” Flores, beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on August 7, 2023, in Salem West.  He was born on July 12, 1961, in Canton, Ohio, to the late Joseph and Helen (Farnsworth) Flores.

Tim had a fulfilling life filled with dedication and love for his family.  He was 62 years old at the time of his passing, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him.

After graduating from East Liverpool High school with the Class of 1980, Tim proudly served his country in the United States Army for four years.  His time in the military instilled in him a sense of discipline, honor, and commitment that he carried with him throughout his entire life.

Following his military service, Tim embarked on a successful career with the City of East Liverpool, where he dedicated 27 years of hard work and dedication.  For the last decade, he served as a Chemist for the water department, ensuring the safety and quality of the city’s water supply.

Away from his professional life, Tim found immense joy in spending time with his family.  Family was always his top priority, and he treasured every moment shared with his loved ones.  Tim enjoyed to cook!  You could almost always find him grilling up amazing dishes on his Green Egg. Hunting, RC planes, and fishing were also among his favorite pastimes, allowing him to bond with his family and embrace the great outdoors.  Tim was always around to give a helping hand to everyone.  His generous heart and gentle personality was greatly admired and appreciated by many. He was also a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Parish in East Liverpool.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are: his loving wife of 26 years, Sandra Flores, whom he married on June 20, 1997; his children: Timothy (Jamie) Flores of Michigan, Noah (Alyssa) Flores, Brittnie Flores, Maria Flores, Victoria Flores, Olivia Flores, and Elena Flores all of East Liverpool; five brothers: Richard Adams of Columbus, Lawrence Williams of East Liverpool, Randal (Nelda) Williams of Newton Falls, OH , Joseph Flores of Illinois, and Samuel (Melissa) Adams of East Liverpool; and his sister Margaret Wright of East Liverpool.  Tim is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 10^th, 2023 from 1-3pm and 5-7 pm at the Martin Chapel of Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, in Calcutta, Ohio.  The Funeral will take place on Friday, August 11^th, 2023 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish in East Liverpool at 11:00 am.
