Thomas Wayne Ashby

Thomas Wayne “Tom” Ashby, 85, of McMechen, WV, passed away at home Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

He was born in Wheeling, WV, July 14, 1936, a son of the late George and Adaline (Burge) Ashby. Tom was a member of The Experience Church.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one step-son, Bill Vetanze and several siblings.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Rosalie (Mcannich) Ashby; seven step-children, Mary (Ken) Paros, Candace Rinkus, Jim Vetanze, Mike Vetanze, Dave (Tina) Vetanze, Danny (Stephanie) Vetanze and Matt Vetanze; one sister, Mary Lu Wilson; 13 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
