Thomas ” Fred ” Adams 59, of Glen Dale, WV, passed away Saturday, December 10th, 2011 at his residence, He Thomas was a member of the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church, an avid fisherman and hunter, An Iron Worker for the Local

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Opal Adams and uncle, Blane Adams.

He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Connie Coffield Adams of Glen Dale WV.; two sons David Blane (Tammy) Adams of Moundsville and Navy Man, Andrew Adams of Florida; daughter, Jade Adams of Florida; Step-daughter, Leigh Anne

(Steve) Bokone of Bridgeport, OH.; close family member, Freddie (Diane) Anderson of Alabama; three brothers, Michael (Dana) Magers of Cameron, WV., Gary Magers of Wheeling, WV. and David  Magers and (Terry) of Cameron, WV.; a half brother, Butch (Diane) Magers of Moundsville, WV.; two sisters, Anita (Bud) Clarke of Moundsville, WV. and Barbara (Jerry) Wilson of Pennsylvania; three grand children and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 13th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Care Chapel with services to follow Wednesday, December 14th at 11am with Pastor Greg Markins and Reverend Linda Glass officiating.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice at  10686 State Route 150, Rayland, OH.
