Skylar Stone Dickson, 25, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019.

Skylar was born July 29, 1994, in Wheeling, a son of  William Dickson of Wheeling and Tracy Kittle of Moundsville.  Skylar was a graduate of John Marshall High School; and a coal miner for Enlow Fork Coal Mine, Pennsylvania, and an avid skateboarder and music lover.  He also loved spending time with his two nephews.

Skylar was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Susie Porter. In addition to his parents, Skylar is survived by his paternal grandmother, Barbara Schultz; sisters, Devon Dickson, Ryan Miller and Libby Kittle; nephews, Ryder and Abel; aunt, Billie Kittle Rajkowski (Mike); uncle Bert Wheeler; and girlfriend, Abigail Smith.

A memorial gathering will be held Thursday, August 22, 2019, at the CARE Funeral Home, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, WV, from 4 pm until time of memorial service at 6 pm.
