“Together Again”
Shirley Ann Moore, 87, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Peterson Rehabilitation.
She was born in Wheeling on December 11, 1935, a daughter of the late John and Jennie (Kunik) Bott. Shirley worked for many years as a social worker with the State of West Virginia Unemployment Office. She truly loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Louis Moore; a grandson, Austen Moore, and her sister, Patty Bott.
Shirley is survived by her two sons, Mark (Tina) Moore of New York, NY, and Mitchell (Sandy) Moore of Wheeling; one grandson, David Moore, of Melbourne, FL, and three close cousins, Judy Noll, Penny Hostutler and Dorothy Sawa.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Parkview Memorial Gardens.
