Sherri Jo Sears, 49 of Belmont, Ohio died Monday, October 26, 2020 in the Wheeling Hospital. She was born January 6, 1971 in Bellaire, Ohio daughter of Patrick Baltzell and the late Claudia Sue Walker Baltzell.

Sherri was a homemaker a former waitress at Denny’s and a Methodist by faith.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Roger Hull.

Surviving in addition to her father, Patrick Baltzell of Bridgeport, Ohio are her husband, Frederick T. Sears, Jr., her daughter, Miranda (Jeremy) Phemester of Bellaire, Ohio, her son, Douglas P. Marshall of Bethesda, Ohio, stepson, Gregory Sears of Barnesville, Ohio and two sisters, Tammy Hull of Martins Ferry, Ohio and Trisha (Jimmy) Colabelli of Smithfield, Ohio. Also three grandchildren, Kaylee, Gunnar, Cori and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, St. Clairsville Chapel, 204 West Main Street St. Clairsville, Ohio on Wednesday from 12 Noon to 2pm with private funeral services to follow.
