Sherman E. “Mike” Davis, 79, of St. Clairsville, OH died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at his home. He was born February 17, 1941 in Uniontown, OH a son of the late Calvin and Freda Abel Davis.
Mike was a retired Supervisor of Barkcamp State Park, a Christian by faith and a U.S. Army Veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Piper Davis in 2000.
Surviving are his daughter, Melissa (David) McKeen of St. Clairsville; a brother, Bernard Davis of Steubenville, OH; a sister, Susie Phillips of St. Clairsville; two grandsons, Christopher Funkhouser and Michael Funkhouser; two great-grandsons, Ayden and Bently.
Private visitation will be held Thursday from 1 pm until time of service at 3 pm at Care Funeral & Cremations Specialist 204 West Main Street St. Clairsville with Rev. James Hoff officiating. Burial in Warnock Cemetery.
