Saundra “Sandy” P. Rine Bettinazzi

Saundra “Sandy” P. Rine Bettinazzi, 70, of Moundsville, WV, formerly of Zanesville, OH, died Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.

She was born June 1, 1944 in Marshall County, WV, the daughter of the late Olga “Oggie” and Pauline Anderson Rine.

Sandy was the former owner of Sandy’s Arts and Crafts Boutique, loved to play the piano and accordion, sing, bowl, golf, and do crafts.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dudley Rine.

Surviving are her three children, Rob Marriner of Triadelphia, WV, Tammy Marriner of Moundsville and Rick Marriner; two brothers, Vic (Linda) Rine of Glen Dale, WV and Oggie (Denise) Rine of Martins Ferry, OH; two grandsons, John and Michael Marriner; granddaughter, Mariah Parsons; two great grandsons, Braylon Wallace and Brantley Marriner.

Friends will be received from noon until 8pm Friday, August 8, 2014 at the CARE Chapel, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, WV, where services will be held at 11am Saturday, August 9, 2014, with Pastor Dr. Wayne Cross officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
