Sandra Frantz,78, of Salem died Sunday February 16, 2020 following a brief illness. She was born in Steubenville Ohio on August 20, 1941 a daughter of the late Raymond and Beverly (Brown) Frantz.
Sandy loved to laugh and smile every second of the day giving her the affectionate nickname of Sandy Sunshine. She was affiliated with Employment Development Inc until her retirement in 2017.
She is survived by a sister Judith Vliek of Madison OH; two nieces: Michelle Schultz of Kent OH and Holly Hoover and her husband Ron of Stow OH and a Nephew Donald Cope and his wife Amanda of East Palestine.
In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by a nephew: Bruce Baumgardner.
A private graveside service was held at the family’s convenience in Riverview Cemetery.
