Ronald “Ron” J. Wild, 82, of Merriam Woods, MO, formerly of Bellview Heights, OH, passed away on Monday November 22, 2021.
He was born February 27, 1939, the son of the late John and Marie (Hawk) Wild, and raised by his grandmother, Mary Hawk of Benwood, WV.. He was Catholic by faith, a Coast Guard Veteran and an avid fisherman.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary “Sue” (Merick) Wild.
Ron is survived by his 3 children, Jennifer (Elmer) DeMeter of Harrisville, OH, John (Cathy) Wild of Charleston, WV, David (Tara) Wild of Merriam Woods, MO; a twin brother Don Wild of St. Clairsville, OH.; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 nieces.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, November 27th, from 5 to 7 and Sunday, November 28th, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Care Funeral Home and Cremations Specialists, 204 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville, OH.
Interment and graveside services will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville, OH.
Memorial contributions in Ron’s name may be given to Belmont County Animal Shelter or Rescue One Springfield by visiting TMCFunding.com
