Ronald G. Wolf, age 71, of East Liverpool passed away at the Heritage Valley Sewickley Hospital in Sewickley, PA on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 where he was taken after suddenly becoming ill.

He was born in East Liverpool on May 5, 1944 to the late Charles L. and Grace A. (Apple) Wolf. Ron graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1962 and worked as a Transportation Supervisor at BVER Environmental before retiring in 2005.  He is a Veteran of the United States Army serving in Korea during the Vietnam Era. He was also a member of the East Liverpool Kiwanis Club and The American Legion Post #374.  He loved spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and playing baseball. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He is survived at home by his wife Marianne A. (Emmerling) Wolf whom he married June 6, 1969; a daughter: Deborah S. Eberhardt of Columbus, OH; a son:  Ronald M. Wolf and his wife Nicole of East Liverpool, OH; three grandchildren:  Trenton Lee Wolf and Jordan Tanner Wolf of East Liverpool and Gracianne Frances Eberhardt of Columbus, OH; two brothers:  Larry T. Wolf and Robert D. Wolf both of East Liverpool, OH and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Charles “Sonny” Wolf, Donald  R. Wolf and Davey Lee Wolf and his son in law:  Clyde Eberhardt III.

Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 11 A.M. with Pastor Norm Eckert officiating. Burial will follow in Columbiana County Memorial Park where the Tri-State Burial Group will accord full military honors.

The Family will be present to receive friends at the Calcutta Funeral Home on Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 1 to 4 & 6 to 8 P.M.
