Roger Dean Snyder, 68 of Moundsville, WV passed away on Monday, April 1, 2013 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born on October 31, 1944 in Glen Dale, WV. Son of the late, Brady and Alma Francis Snyder.
He was a coal miner for the former Ireland mine, former independent contractor for the Wheeling News Register, member of the U.M.W.A, former member of the Limestone Presbyterian Church and loved to play fast pitch softball.
Roger is survived by his wife of 46 years, Brenda Brooks Snyder of Moundsville; sons, Richard D.
(Jenna) Snyder of Springfield, MO and Michael T .Snyder of Moundsville; sisters, Nelda (Roy) Cunningham of Moundsville and Patty (Carl) Long of Benwood, WV; brother, Bob(Carolyn) Snyder of Moundsville; two granddaughters; a grandson; several nieces and nephews.
Per Roger’s request there will be no services at this time.
Arrangement entrusted to CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second St., Moundsville, WV.
