Robert H. Noble, 93, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in Trinity West Medical Center, Steubenville, OH.

Robert was born October 26, 1929, in Moundsville, a son of the late John and Etta “Winnie” Noble. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a Sergeant and was awarded the Occupation Medal. He shared his love of his country. He was a life member of the VFW, Eagles and Legion. He retired from Allied Chemical and Olin as and operator and union steward.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his companion of 52 years, Betty Noble Burnett; his brothers, Johnny and Foster Noble, stepson, Charles John Boggs; He is survived by children, Mark A. Burnett and Tim Allen Burnett, both of Moundsville, Theresa L. Duncan of Mexico, MO and Vickie M. White of McMechen, WV; a grandson, Austin Burnett of moundsville and several additional grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Robert’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
