Robert Allen Phillips Jr., 68 of Wheeling, WV, died Monday November 22, 2021 in Wheeling WV.

He was born June 18, 1953 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of the late Robert A. Sr., and Mary E. (Green) Phillips.

Robert was a Christian by faith, was a retired Truck Driver, and a Marine Corp.Veteran.

He is survived by his two children: Jason (Jaime) Phillips of Moundsville, WV, Joshua (Trish) Phillips of Minnesota, two brothers, Gary Phillips of New Philidelphia, Ohio, Boone Phillips of Moundsville, WV and three sisters, Sue Nitzelt of Yorkville, Ohio, Cindy Sempirek of Warwood, WV, and Karen Antolak, three grandchildren, one great grandchild with one on the way.

Arrangements will be at the convenience of the family, by Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists 204 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
