Rex A. Blake, 60, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital.

Rex was born on September 28, 1960 in Glen Dale, WV, son of the late Herbert & Twila (Long) Blake.

He was a former supervisor of a distribution warehouse and a US Army Veteran.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Lori Blake of St. Clairsville; daughter, Paula (Robert) Goldbaugh of Moundsville, WV; two grandchildren, Samuel and Raelyn Goldbaugh; sister, Rebecca Baker of Wheeling; two brothers, Bruce (Kathy) Blake of Wheeling & Michael Baker of Moundsville and several nieces and nephews.

Military Graveside Rites will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 2pm at Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
