Raymond Edward Conner, Jr.,51, of Moundsville, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at WVU Medicine Reynolds Hospital in Glen Dale, WV.

He was born in Wheeling, WV on November 24, 1971 to the late Raymond and Betty (Dawson) Conner.

Raymond will be missed by his loving partner and girlfriend, Vikki, his daughter, Shyanne (Roger Pilkinton) Rosier of Wheeling, WV, four (4) grandchildren; Joshua, Heaven, Bruce Jr., and Sara, three (3) brothers; TIm Whorton, David Whorton, and Eugene (Cindy) Whorton as well as, a special niece and nephew Theresa and Christopher Whorton

There will be no services at this time and Raymond’s care has been entrusted to CARE Funeral and Cremation Specialists of Moundsville, WV.
