Randy Holland passed in peace at the age of 61 surrounded by his family and friends at Wheeling Hospital.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents Floyd M Holland Sr. and Evelyn Reed Holland.
Surviving are his brother Mike (Tammy) Holland of Wheeling. Half- brother’s Floyd Morgan (Doris) Holland Jr from Mansfield OH & William Reed from CA.
A daughter, Elizabeth (Stephen) Vieweg of Woodsfield, OH.
Son, Ryan (Dorothy) Holland of FL
A daughter, Wendy (James) Martin of FL.
His 8 Grandchildren Dylan, Brayden, Aveya, Dameyon,Serenity, Nina, Nathan and Alaina.
A loving girlfriend and the love of his life, Alberta Brown.
Very close friend Doreen Judge that was always near-by to check on him.
He dedicated many years to being a mechanic for Mack Truck Garage and also worked and retired from Layman’s Garage in Moundsville, WV.
Randy will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving brother, father, grandfather, boyfriend, uncle, cousin and friend. Randy enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend, family and friends and his dog Bronx his ” baby boy” as Randy always called him , a pure breed black German Shepherd.
Randy also enjoyed motorcycles and dirt bikes and heavy metal rock music, watching movies and sports cars, especially Ford Mustangs. Randy was always working on cars and trucks fixing them up and rebuilding them.
Randy and Mike would tear down bikes and rebuild them from the frame up. Randy was always buying car, truck and bike parts and always in garage working on projects. Randy also liked model cars and putting together Lego sets of trucks for his grandkids.
Randy was loved and will be missed dearly by all his family and friends.
May he Rest in Peace until we meet again.
There will be a celebration of life for Randy Holland in the summer when the weather is better so that everyone can get together and remember Randy and all the good times we had with him. We will keep everyone posted when we have a date set. As hard as it is for the family. There will be no visitation or service per Randy’s wishes.
Thank you everyone for your sympathy, donations, texts, phone calls, checking on all of us during this difficult time. With the love and support of you all , we will get thru this and Randy will hold a special place in our hearts forever.
