Phyllis Jean Denard, 85, beloved wife, sister, mother and grandmother of St. Clairsville, OH, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday November 17th, 2021.
She was born on January 24th, 1936 in Martins Ferry, OH to the late George and Gerry (Younkins) Tulbure and was Methodist by faith.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, William “Bill” Denard; 5 children, Richard (Judy) Oberdick, William (Lisa) Oberdick, Jeff (Jodi) Oberdick, Christopher (Chelsea) Denard, Sue (Bill) Wycherley; sister, Karen Tulbure; Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as her loving caregiver, Sherri Zalesny.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday November 21st, at the Care Funeral Home and Cremations Specialists, 204 W. Main Street St. Clairsville, OH for a memorial visitation from 1 PM until time of service at 3 PM.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at TMCFunding.com.

    I first met Phyliss when she was working with my Mother Shirley Adams at Kroger. So I have known her for many years. She was a beautiful lady. Never saw her without a smile. Everyone loved her. She will be missed. Rest pretty lady.
