Sweet, kind Phyllis-you were an angel put on earth to make people smile. She knew everyone in Wellsville and their families and always had something nice to say about them. The last time I saw her was after 15 or so years of not being "home", but she remembered me and my son, as she called him, "Kevin, a nice boy". Her memory amazed me. Rest in peace Phyllis and keep your big sweet smile to welcome others to your special place in Heaven.

Phyllis was an angel here on earth. As everyone who knows her knew her hesrt was bigger than anyone can imagine. For 18 years she bought my son a gift every christmas, easter and so on. She met him personally 3 times in that 18 years. When he had a child of his own she kept the tradition going with her and never meeting her until this past july at phyllis' birthday party. I will never forget her. Rest in peace phyllis. Condolences to the entire fsmily. Love, Dan and chris howell &family
