Phyllis Bailey Conner of Moundsville West Virginia passed away on Wednesday, April 28 2021 at home with her partner Robert Stillwell at Big Wheeling Creek WV

She was born July 2, 1965, in Newfoundland Canada.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Wilbert Roger Conner:  also parents, Felix and Velma Bailey:  sister, Ethel Yantz; brother Jack Bailey.

Surviving sisters Lillian Langer, Maggie Morris, brother Felix and Roxanne Bailey surviving partner of 11 years Robert Stillwell of Big Wheeling Creek WV also three stepchildren Roger Conner and Ashley, Darrell and Elizabeth Conner, David and Kristi Conner all of Moundsville WV, and several grandchildren.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

    Phyllis took care of my dad Roger Conner for the last 2 years of his life battle cancer she was the best ever to take care of him call doctors got stuff done never left his side I them 2 years thanks Phyllis Rest In Peace a lot of people called u shorty but u had a big heart
