TUCKER, Paul D., 74, of Moundsville, W.Va., died Monday, March 25, 2019 in Ruby Memorial Hospital.

He was born November 2, 1944 in Elkins, W.Va., a son of the late Robert and Macil (Swisher) Tucker. He was a member of the First church of God in McMechen, W.Va., and was a retired coal miner for Consol. He was the past chief of the Marshall County Rescue Squad and an OES member.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Carla (Stoessner) Tucker, three brothers, William, Kenneth, and James Tucker, one sister, Bea Mahalko, two sisters-in-law, Shirley Tucker and Wilma Tucker, and two brothers-in-law, Dave Mahalko and Ray Crawford.

He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Workman-Tucker, two children, Traci (Ron) Best of Moundsville, and Dave (Pam) Tucker of Graysville, Pa.; four step children, Rowdy Workman of Moundsville, Vanessa (Mike) Hill of Moundsville, Triscella (Bob) Bare of Moundsville, and Sabrina (Richie) Taylor of Bellaire, Ohio; two sisters, Jean Crawford of Kent, Ohio, and Joyce (Jim) Thomas of Moundsville; one sister-in-law, Betty Tucker; sixteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Thursday, March 28, 2019, from 11 am until time of funeral service at 5 pm at the CARE Funeral Home, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville with Rev. Dr. Mitch Johnston officiating.
