Patrick Patterson, 62, of Moundsville, passed away Tuesday, November 09, 2010 at home.

He was born on December 4, 1947 in Glen Dale,WV, the son of the late Earl Franklin and Margaret V. Trayon Patterson.

Patrick was a member of the Four Square Gospel Church, a coal miner and a Marine Veteran that served two tours during the Viet-Nam Tet Offensive, where he received the Good Conduct Medal and a Purple Heart

He is survived by one son: Shawn Patterson of Moundsville WV, ; two daughters, Patty ( Zep) Murray of Ridgely,WV, and Margie (Jim) Campbell of Howarden, Iowa ; a sister, Donna Bartley of McMechen,WV.and a Brother, Larry (Lucy) Patterson of Lorton,VA.; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 13 at 10 am at CARE Funeral & Cremation Service until the time of service at 11 am with Rev. J. Thomas Steele officiating.

Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Moundsville Honor Guard.

Arrangements were entrusted to CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville.
