Norma H. Blakeley

Norma H. Blakeley, 76 of East Liverpool, Ohio passed away at her residence on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 following a brief illness.
She was born in East Liverpool on April 9, 1943 the daughter of the late Norman E. and Helen E. (Eckert) Horner. Living her entire life in this area, she was a 1961 graduate of East Liverpool High School and worked as an eye care assistant for Dr. Sinclair before retiring. Norma used to babysit out of her home and was very involved in her church, the Second Church of Christ.
She is survived at home by her husband Lannie C. Blakeley whom she married in February of 1964; two sons: Christopher Blakeley and his wife Brenda of Jackson, NJ and Todd Blakeley and his wife Tracy of East Liverpool, OH; a brother: Tim Horner and his wife Barbara of East Liverpool, OH; three grandchildren: Ashley Blakeley and Hunter Blakeley both of Jackson, NJ and Kameron Blakeley of East Liverpool, OH and a nephew: Jason Horner.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant son: Shawn Blakeley.
Services will be held at the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes in Calcutta on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 12 PM. Burial will take place in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Calcutta on Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 10AM up until the time of the service at 12 PM.
