Nora Jane Fletcher, 72 of Flushing, Ohio died Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. She was born August 30, 1948 in Martins Ferry, Ohio daughter of the late Dean and Catherine Ross Manbeck.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Danny and Rick Manbeck.

Surviving are her husband, Clarence C. Fletcher, three sons, Douglas Brian Fletcher of Flushing, Ohio, Jeremy Scott Fletcher of Lafferty, Ohio and Troy Allen Fletcher of Holloway, Ohio, two sisters, Sandra Yoho and Stephanie Gray both of Cadiz, Ohio and one brother Dennis Manbeck of Midvale, Ohio. Also five grandchildren, Jennaeve, Raina, Evan, Xander and Kevin.

Private visitation and services will be held at the convenience of the family.

    i wanted to share with Jane's Family ( we knew her as Jane ) many things regarding her kindness and friendship with Frieda Holmes' Family ...She was a gracious and Beloved neighbor for us all, especially to my mother, Frieda......Her sincere kindness was so known for many years with helping at the house, decorating for Christmas, as Mom always started early....she helped with cooking, also, keeping the house perfect... and the every other week, AVON order.., filling the orders when it arrived..Jane actually took this over for Mom, keeping track of the customers....she was simply amazing........this was a 63 year history for my Mother....a successful business for many years... i know that Jane was ALWAYS THERE TO HELP.....ALWAYS.....I REFERRED TO HER AS AN "ANGEL" TO MY MOTHER....so many years, a part of our family for sure...SHE WAS LOVED...We were so very sorry to hear of her passing, had no idea she was ill.....i could hardly work today, there were tears........so many memories of her at the house.....AND HER SWEET SMILE AND LAUGHTER.....JANE, I KNOW YOU ARE TALKING WITH MOM IN HEAVEN....WHAT A REUNION....MOM LOVED YOU SO MUCH.....Please know that I wanted to share this with all of you....Mom would have insisted....Prayers for your Family and sincere Blessings to all of you...Jane loved her entire Family and Grandchildren so much...she will be greatly missed, especially by this neighbor....we loved you Jane Fletcher>>>!!!!!
