Nancy Jane Ritchey, 73 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in the Wheeling Hospital. She was born September 1, 1947 in Wheeling, West Virginia a daughter of the late Newell Wayne and Erma Louise Laughlin Ritchey. Nancy was a retired bus driver and supervisor at the Belmont County  MRDD. Nancy deeply loved her family and her pets. She was compassionate, loving and generous, always laughing and had a wonderful sense of humor. She loved gardening and sitting in the sun. Nancy was also an avid Buckeye fan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  two great grandsons, Killian, Felix Joseph and a great granddaughter, Kaliope Jane. Surviving are her children, Darrin Wayne (Gina) Fitzgerald of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Dana ( Nick) Ray of Galena, Ohio, two sisters, Sue Ann Singer of Las Vegas, Nevada and Mary Lou Phillips in Billings, Montana. Also seven grandchildren, Stivi Michelle Krahel, Nathan Anthony Fitzgerald, Sierra Nicole Fitzgerald, Cade William Latham, Jacob Paul Ray, Giana Louise Ray and Braxton Matyas, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Private visitation and services will be held at the convenience of the family with her son-in-law, Nick Ray officiating. Interment in the Crabapple Cemetery.     Aunt Nancy was so full of love and laughter. She liked to be in the middle of family and fun. She was always welcoming and kind. You will be missed by so many. Keep an eye on your grands and great grands... they’ll be lost for a while with you gone. You were their favorite cheerleader
