Mildred A. Crowe, 87 formerly of East Liverpool died Saturday July 2, 2016 at the Stone Pear Pavilion in Chester WV. After a lengthy illness. She was born May 31, 1929 in Wellsville Ohio a daughter of the late Walter McIntosh and Ruth (Hays) McIntosh-Dotson.  Having lived most of her life in the area she was a graduate of Wellsville High School Class of 1947 and retired as a press operator at National Church Supply.

Mildred is survived by two sons Robert W.(Deborah) Crowe of Boardman and Richard D. (Betty) Crowe of Loga Vista TX and  a daughter Linda Sue (Jim) Sigler of Latrobe PA; two sisters: Jean (Sam) Watson of Calcutta and Janet (Elwood)  Fox of Lawrenceville WV. seven grandchildren: Tina McDowell, Jason Sigler, Misty Pelley, Kristy Davis, Haley Poe, J.R. Guzaski and Missy Klemm and nine great grandchildren: Cameron and Parker McDowell, Sydney and Kaden Davis, Chase and Ryah Pelley, Justin Martin,  George Poe and Keith Klemm.

In addition to her parents Mildred was proceeded in death by her husband William “Ernie” Crowe on January 4, 2009, they were on married on January 2, 1948. Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 11 am with Pastor David VanBuskirk of the First Christian Church of Chester officiating.

The family will be present to receive friends at the Calcutta funeral home on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 4 to 8 PM.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
