I hadn't spoke to Matt in some time, but I always enjoyed seeing him at MawMaw's when him and Jenny would visit. Our conversation ranged from theology to catapult building. My prayers are with the family, especially Brooke and Ryan. 🙏 ❤️

Although we lost touch long ago I always look back fondly of Matt back when we played football in the backyard. He was The Big Bulker. And playing Risk or cards on a rainy day when we had endless summer days. We had some great times and I remember it like it was yesterday. My thoughts go out to June, Emily, and of course the rest of his family. RIP Matt.

We most directly remember Matt as a great kid. More distantly as a great son and father as he matured into adulthood. Simply put he was (and is) a great person. He will be missed, never forgotten, and we await to see him again some day. Praying for strength and peace for all who loved Matt.
