Martha Jane McGranahan, 94, of St. Clairsville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 19, 2021 at her home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

She was born on July 2, 1926 to John and Mabel (Howiler) Jenkins in Martins Ferry, OH. Martha was a 1944 graduate of Martins Ferry High School.  She retired as a Dispatcher for Eclipse Motor Lines. Martha was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church in St. Clairsville, OH. She enjoyed volunteering for various organizations, including the St. Clairsville Chamber of Commerce, Hospice, and the Adult Services Coalition.  She also loved to travel and spend time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James H. McGranahan, their infant son, James L. McGranahan, and her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Christine Jenkins.

Martha is survived by her children, Edward (Sandra) McGranahan of Greenville, SC and Beth Bogetich of St. Clairsville, OH, five grandchildren, Pete Bogetich, Marcus Bogetich, Amanda (Joseph) Campbell, Laurie (Jamie) Forest and Hale (Katherine Rook) McGranahan, seven great-grandchildren Tre Bogetich, Niko Bogetich, Ace Bogetich, Kaylee Baker, Megan Campbell, Faith Campbell and Dylan (Mikisha Lee) Campbell and two great-great-grandchildren, Creed Campbell and Greycen Campbell.

Funeral Services will be private.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Kennedy Park and Amedysis Hospice for the amazing care they gave to Martha. Memorials donations can be made to Amedysis Hospice by going to TMCFunding.
