Mark Dorsey Hartline, 65, passed away 8/18/2021.

Preceeded in death by his loving wife, Elaine Hartline, his sister Cathleen Qualls, his parents Marigene and Jack Hartline. Survived by his sister, Barbara Hartline-Cole, step-sons Chris and Bryan Sparks, daughter Selena Hartline. Proud Grandfather to Lilith Hartline, Abby Mowery, Jenna Juchnowski, Kacey Sparks, Tyler, Taylor, Scout, and Chase Sparks. Best Friends and Brother Iron workers Chris and Rich.

Proud lifelong member of Iron Workers Union 549.

Avid Golfer, member of Oglebay Men’s Golf Club, Wheeling Park Men’s Golf Club and Chi Chi golf league.

He was very proud to be a Master Gardener. Part of the program is volunteer work, which he continued in his neighborhood for many years. Every Spring you can tell his house by the sea of blooming tulips.

Celebration of Life to be held at a later date, to be determined by family.

    Mark grew up just a few doors from me on 41st Street in Shadyside, OH. Randy’s Aunt Minnie lived next door to Mark. We would all play kickball for hours every day after school.

    Got to know Mark coming in the office for his back as well as the Golf club. Always upbeat about life and busy with work and projects. Very sad to hear Mark has passed and my sympathies are with his family.
