Madeline May Richards, 78, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, passed away on November 8, 2020.
Madeline was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on December 15, 1941 and married John Richards in 1962. She worked at G.C. Murphy and retired from Kroger.
She had an infectious laugh, a bubbly personality and a wonderful sense of humor. She loved animals, playing cards, and Coleman’s fish sandwiches. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Madeline is preceded in death by Willard and Odna Rodgers (parents), John Richards (husband), Robert Rodgers, Sr. and William Rodgers (brothers).
Madeline is survived by her sister-in-law Bea Rodgers and numerous nieces and nephews and their spouses, including Cindy Wurtzbacher (Joseph), Randy Rodgers (Terri), Dwaine Rodgers (Rhea), Diane Rodgers (Tom), Mary Chafin, Andy Rodgers (Debra), Dale Rodgers (Lane), Brad Rodgers (Tina), Rick Rodgers (Debbie) and beloved nephew Robert Rodgers, Jr. (Robin). Additional survivors include great nieces and nephews Kari and Joseph Wurtzbacher, Kyle, Mckenzie, Spencer, Cailey, Steven and Natalie Rodgers, Amber and Billie Chafin, as well as dear friends Beverly and Les Milton and Jack Bass.
Burial will be at Parkview Memorial Gardens in Wheeling, West Virginia at a later date.
