Mabel Tuseck, 96 passed away Monday, May 9, 2016 at Valley Oaks Care Center in East Liverpool following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Baughman, Kentucky on September 19, 1919 a daughter to the late Elizabeth (King) Brown. She was a 1940 graduate of Wellsville High School, and lived in Steubenville where she was a member of the Salvation Army Church, a volunteer at St. Johns Hospital and the Home League Salvation Army.

She is survived by a son: Victor A. Tuseck of California; two daughters:  Carol Liebschner and her husband Martin of East Liverpool, OH and Elizabeth Ann Beltran of California; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband Victor H. Tuseck whom she married January 23, 1947.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 2 PM with Rev. Dr. Stephen Cramer of Trinity Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will take place in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Friends may visit with family on Saturday, May 21, 2016 one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made in Mabel’s name to the Steubenville Chapter of the Salvation Army:  332 N. 4th Street, Steubenville, Ohio 43952.
