Lucille M. Palmer

Lucille M. Palmer, 80 of Calcutta, Ohio passed away on September 7, 2019 at her residence following a lengthy illness, she will be sadly missed by all.
She was born in Hammondsville, Ohio on March 24, 1939 a daughter to the late Clarence and Judy (Francis) Househoulder. Living all of her life in this area, Lucille was a stay at home mom and wife. She loved spending time with her family and friends, watching Days of Our Lives, The Steelers and Pirates.
She will be sadly missed by her family; three daughters: Linda (George) Davidson of Calcutta, OH, Barbara Barnes and her companion Mark Rohbeck of Calcutta, OH and Kathy (Bob) Coil of Lisbon, OH; a son: Mark Palmer and his companion Brenda Hawk of East Liverpool, OH; eight grandchildren: Kim (Dave) Gourley of Calcutta, Anna (Ryan) Lannon of Lisbon, Steven Barnes and his companion Carol Brisbine of Leetonia, Chris Barnes of East Liverpool, Jeffery Palmer Jr. and is companion Sherri Rose of East Liverpool, Harley (Jaden) Rogers of East Liverpool, Jessica Coil and her companion Tom Murphy and Joshua coil of Lisbon; sixteen great grandchildren; a sister: Kathleen (Jim) Martin of Hammondsville; two brothers: Richard (Rhonda) Househoulder of Hammondsville and Robert (Janet) Househoulder of East Liverpool.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Palmer whom she married November 23, 1958; a son: Jeffrey Palmer; a grandson: Jared Coil; a great grandson: Lucas Murphy and a sister: Diane Househoulder.
Services will be held at the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes in Calcutta on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 7 PM with Life Celebrant Don Bangor officiating.
Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Calcutta on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 2 PM up until the time of the service at 7 PM.
