Lillian Dietta Blevins, 69 of Sebring, OH passed away at Salem Regional Medical Center on Thursday, March 28, 2019.

She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on June 4, 1949 a daughter to the late Beede Lucius and Dorothy (Wright) Shinn. Living most of her life in the area, she drove a bus for CARTS, was a correctional officer in California and a pre-school driver in Lisbon. Lillian attended Copeland Presbyterian Church, was a member of the VFW and a former member of the Moose Lodge.

She is survived by two sons: Hollis E. Moore II and his wife Denise of Sacramento, CA and Ronald L. Blevins Jr. and his wife Shelia of San Diego, CA; two daughters: G. Chris Dunn and her husband Derek of Minerva, OH and Sabrina R. Moore of Salineville, OH; two brothers: William and Jesse Shinn; three sisters: “Sis” Cline, Oleha “Sam” Brown and Karen Oiler; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 1 PM at the Care MacLean Chapel of the Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists in Wellsville with Life Celebrant Don Bangor officiating.

Family will be present to receive friends at the Care – MacLean Chapel on Saturday, April 6, 2019 one hour prior to the service.
