Larry L. Barnes, 75 of East Liverpool passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Hospice House in Poland, Ohio following a 2 year illness.
He was born in Canton, Ohio on March 27, 1943 a son to the late Robert and Thelma (Brice) Barnes. He was a 1963 graduate of Canfield High School and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Living most of his life in this area, Larry was a machine operator for American Paper Products.
He is survived by a daughter: Lynne Schultz of East Liverpool, OH; two sons: Michael T. Schultz Sr. of St. Petersburg, FL and Daniel S. Schultz of Lisbon, OH; three brothers: Jim Barnes of South Carolina and Rob Barnes of Youngstown, OH and Bill Barnes of Austintown, OH; two sisters: Nancy Delsignore of Boardman, OH and Pat Roseberry of Andres, PA; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife: Nancy E. Barnes whom he married May 1, 1982 and a sister: Sandy Barnes.
Friends and family will gather for a time of remembrance and fellowship at the VFW Post 66 on Blakely Street in East Liverpool on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 3 to 5 PM.
