Laming, Lauren M. Cotton

Laming, Lauren M. Cotton, 68,of St. Clairsville, OH. passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale.

She was born October 9, 1945 in Glen Dale, WV the daughter of the late Gerald and Sarah Barger Cotton.

In addition to her parents, Lauren was preceded in death by her husband, Roger W. Laming, of thirty years, whom just passed away 01-16-2014.

She was a former book keeper for Ogden Newspaper, Methodist by faith and loved to do crossword puzzles and play Scrabble on-line.

Lauren is survived by her two children, Rick (Susan) Richmond of Moundsville and Denise (Karl) Penz of Wheeling, WV; two sisters, Lee

(Richard) Dalek of Texas and Lynne Bonar and Jim Grimm of Florida; brother, Daryl (Terri) Cotton of Wheeling; three grandchildren, Katie Richmond and Fiancee, Josh Yager of Moundsville, Alexis Penz of Wheeling and Ryan Richmond of Moundsville and one great grandson, Nate Yager of Moundsville.

A Memorial gathering for Lauren and her husband, Roger, will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 1:30pm until the time of service at 2:30pm at the Wheeling Park W.E. Stone Memorial Clubhouse, in the club room, with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating.
