Kevin McCartney

Kevin G. McCartney 55, of Mashpee Massachusetts departed this mortal world to his next destination high above the rainbows and clouds Wednesday, December 20, 2017 after a 7-month battle with cancer. Kevin is on a journey to his new beginnings and reunited with his beloved mother and father and many friends and family who have also ascended into the garden where there are no further worries or sadness. With only peace in the heart and soul, he will watch over the people he loves and those who are left behind mourning.
Kevin, son of the late Glenn and Dolores (Husk) McCartney. He enjoyed the last 30 years in Mashpee, Massachusetts, where he became a successful, self-employed contractor.
Kevin married his best friend and love of his life, Suzanne Ricci on July 23, 2017.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife Suzanne McCartney of Mashpee, two brothers Randy McCartney of Savannah, GA, David McCartney of Canton OH, and the late half brother, Holly of Elizabeth WV. Also, his stepson Kevin Ricci, and children, Victoria, Kevin and Michael.
He also leaves 2 nephews, Nicholas and David McCArtney and Heather and Sarah McCartney.
Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday December 30, 2017 at 1pm.
The family will be present to receive friends at the Calcutta funeral home from 11AM up until the time of service at 1pm. Burial will follow at the Columbiana County Memorial Park.
