Kevin Lee “Squid” Cuichta Jr., 26, of Barnesville, OH, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018, at his residence.
He was born March 12, 1992, in Glen Dale, WV.
He was a Christian by faith, cook at the Barnesville Kentucky Fried Chicken, and served a short stint in the U.S. Army. Squid also loved to play Dungeons and Dragons, Ingress and LARP.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Donna Jean White; paternal grandfather, Chester Cuichta and maternal grandfather, Rick Hanlin.
Surviving are son, Angelus Cuichta of Barnesville; father and mother, Kevin Sr. (Jennifer) Cuichta of Moundsville, WV; four sisters, Rebecca Perry of Toronto, OH, Emily (Steven) Kuhn of Shadyside, OH, Alicia Estadt of St. Clairsville, OH and Jen Hershberger of Massillon, OH; brother, Sam Hershberger of Barnesville; paternal grandmother, Barbara Cuichta of Glen Dale, WV; maternal grandmother, Barbara Hanlin; several aunts, uncles and cousins and his pet cat, Kibo.
A memorial service will be held a later date at the convenience of the family.
