Kenneth H. Andrews, 95, of Echo Dell Road in Calcutta passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016, at the Cross Roads Assisted Living facility after a brief illness.

The son of the late Harry and Laura (Wiles) Andrews, he was born in Wheeling, W.V a. on July 23, 1920. Kenneth had lived in Tampa, Florida and East Liverpool for many years. While in Tampa Mr. Andrews worked for the City of Tampa as an Electrical Inspector. After his retirement, in later years, he would live in Tampa for 6 months and come back to East Liverpool for 6 months each year. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School, and a Veteran serving in The U.S. Navy.

Mr. Andrews is survived by his wife, Eunice M. (Dunlevy) Andrews, who he married on April 20, 2002.

Other survivors include; a daughter, Joy Paolini of Oldsmar, Florida, his step children; Roger “Rock” Sanford of East Liverpool, Doug Sanford of West Point, Colleen Chaffin of Ohioville, Pa. and Lisa Cole of Lisbon. 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his first wife, Edith (Estell) Andrews and a son, Jerry Andrews.

Services and burial will be held at the Garden of Memories in Tampa, Florida.

Local arrangements were handled by the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes.
