Kathryn D. Keys, age 75, of Wellsville, passed away after a lengthy illness on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at home with her family and friends by her side. 

The daughter of the late Millan P. and Margarite (Lucas) Jacob, she was born on November 30, 1945, and had lived her entire life in this area. She was a graduate of Beaver Local High School.  After graduation, Kathy had worked for Delta Airlines and later The First National Bank before retiring in the late 80’s and becoming a specialist in Home Management.

She attended the Greenford Christian Church and enjoyed basket weaving, flower gardening, and working on her home.

Kathy is survived by her husband, J. David Keys, who she married on July 21, 1973. 

She is also survived by two sisters, Melanie McNeill of Shutesberry, Ma. and Jennifer Jacob of Lisbon, Ohio; one niece, Felicia, and two nephews, Neil and Lucas.

Memorial Services will be held at the Martin Chapel of the Care Funeral and Cremation Specialist in Calcutta on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Associate Pastor, John Bush, of the Greenford Christian Church officiating.

Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 10 AM until time of services at 11:00.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Oncology Department at Salem Regional Medical Center in her name.
