Joyce Ann (Clarke) Lucas, 80, of Glen Dale, WV, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Continuous Care, Wheeling, WV, with her family by her side.
She was born on October 24, 1941 in Glen Dale, daughter of the late Paul & Evelyn L. (Van Camp) Clarke.
Joyce was a former sec. and bookkeeper for the Osiris Temple, member of the Pleasant Hills United Methodist Church, Women’s Club of McMechen, Women’s Club of Moundsville, Hobby Toppers, Upper Ohio Valley Infant Charities and the American Red Cross.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Clarke.
Surviving are her son, Scott Lucas of Glen Dale and his girlfriend, Christina Dentz of Wheeling; three sisters, Mary West of Morgantown, WV, Patricia Tomlinson of SC and Janet (Kevin) Shumway of Pickerington, OH; brother, David (Joyce) Clarke of Moundsville, WV and grandson, Aiden Lucas of Glen Dale.
Per Joyce’s request there will be no services at this time.
