Joseph P. Corbisello

Joseph P. Corbisello Sr., age 84, of Wellsville passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown on Saturday, August 3, 2019.

Born in Wellsville, Ohio on August 24, 1934, he was the son of the late Rocco and Mary (Mazzo) Corbisello and lived his entire life here. He was a graduate of Wellsville High School, Class of 1952 and attended Kent State University. Joe worked as an inspector at the former Crucible Steel, retiring in 1982 and was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church.

Joseph is survived by a son: Joe Corbisello II and his wife Vickie of Newark, Ohio; three daughters: Mary Corbisello of East Liverpool, Tamye Richards and her Husband Mike of San Antonio, Texas and Christine Boyles; one brother: Rocco Corbisello and his wife Janet of East Liverpool; two sisters: Theresa Landis of East Liverpool and Angie Corbisello of Wellsville; 10 Grandchildren, and 13 Great Grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Bernice Corbisello.

As per his wishes, there are no calling hours or services planned. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery at a later date.

The MacLean Chapel of the Care Funeral and Cremation Specialist has been entrusted with Mr. Corbisello’s services.
