Joseph Leroy Derrow, 74, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019, in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Joe was born July 14, 1944, in Moundsville, WV, a son of the late Charles and Millie (Springer) Derrow. He was retired from McKeen Security, Inc. and was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Thomas Derrow; and five sisters, infant Sally Ann, Pricilla Woods, Jane Gump, Marie Hall and Pat Kettler. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Derrow; a sister, Hazel Smith; a daughter, Brenda (Donnie) Simmons; a grandson, Jessie (Brynn) Simmons; a great-grandson, Reed Simmons, all of Martinsburg, WV; a son Charles Derrow of Moundsville; two step-sons, Jason (Timberly) Allen and Jeremy (Wilda) Allen; two step-granddaughters, Abbie and Peyton Allen; and two step-grandsons, Jeremy Jr. and Aaron Allen.

There will be no visitation. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by CARE Funeral & Cremation Specialists, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville. Online condolences may be offered to the family at carechapel.com.
