John E. Knepper, 66 of East Liverpool, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, February 11, 2020.
He was born in New Castle, PA on January 12, 1954 a son to the late John D. and Kathleen (Fettes) Knepper. Living his entire life in this area, John was a 1972 graduate of Beaver Local High School, worked in the Sales Department for O.S. Hill Company and attended Northside Community Church.
He is survived by his wife Judy (Burns) Knepper of Calcutta, OH; a son: Ryan Knepper of Calcutta, OH; two brothers: Don Knepper and his wife Kathy of Calcutta, OH and Jim Knepper of Celina, Texas; a granddaughter: Grace Knepper and several nieces and nephews; two step-sons: Randy Gaskill and his wife Maria and Scott Gaskill both of East Liverpool, OH and a step-daughter: Kellie McElhaney of East Liverpool, OH.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two daughters: Casey Shasteen and Amanda Dawn Knepper.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6 PM with Pastor Larry Rose of the church officiating.
Friends may visit with family at the Calcutta funeral home on Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 4 PM up until the time of the service at 6 PM.
