Jess Adkins, 60, of Martins Ferry died Thursday, December 1, 2022, at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry Ohio.
He was born October 2, 1962 in Charleston, WV a son of the late Judy (Stanley) and Arthur Adkins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Okey Cottrill and sister, Valerie.
Surviving are his life partner, Donna Bostaph, children, Shannon Gozdan, Chasity Province, and Delbert Bostaph, siblings, Vicky, Roger Stanley, Particia ‘Patti’ Adkins, and Tom Adkins, as well as 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
