Janet L. Minor, age 80, died at her home in Wellsville on Sunday, December 8, 2019, after a lengthy illness.
The daughter of the late Paul F. and Bonnie (Metts) Ice, Mrs. Minor was born in East Liverpool on February 17, 1939. She had lived in this area her entire life and was a graduate of Wellsville High School class of 1956 and attended Kent State University. She retired after 10 years from the Wellsville Library.
Mrs. Minor was preceded in death by her husband, Robert K. Minor Sr. on May 22, 2010.
Survivors include her son: Robert K. Minor and his wife, Laurie, of Salineville, Ohio; a daughter: Penny Minor of Wellsville; three grandchildren: Robert K. Minor III and his wife Sarah, Annie Minor and Azileigh Minor; one great grandchild: Thomas Minor and her dog pal friend Casey.
In addition to her parents and husband Mrs. Minor was also preceded in death by her brother: Paul Ice Jr.
As per her wishes there are no Calling hours or services planned. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the MacLean Chapel of the Care Funeral and Cremation Specialist in Wellsville, Ohio.
